I love Thanksgiving food, and I love preparing Thanksgiving food. This is honestly something I miss when I join other people for the feast and hear the words, "Oh, don't worry about it! I've got it covered." No! I want to cook!
This year, since it was just the two of us, I prepared a FEAST! And it actually wasn't that stressful, since I made a PLAN. Mwahahahaha!

I started cooking a meal or two a day starting the Saturday before.
Here was the general schedule, and it worked out QUITE nicely:
